Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the Cubs game, making it super convenient for us. The service, especially from the valet and housekeepers, was top-notch and the friendliest we've encountered. However, the rooms needed serious improvement. They were dirty, smelled like smoke, and were falling apart, which was quite disappointing. The free breakfast package was a treat, saving a significant amount on dining costs.
The hotel is in a prime location, right next to Ball Park village and with views of Busch Stadium from the rooftop bar. The rooms, although lacking a good view and showing signs of wear, were still relatively clean but quite warm even with the AC on full blast. The service was a bit hit or miss, with attentive staff overall but some condescending behavior regarding breakfast. The dining experience was standard, but unexpected charges left a sour taste. The location itself is fantastic for exploring the nearby attractions within walking distance, making it perfect for a weekend trip to St Louis.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the rooms were very small and not what I expected for the high price of over 350 a night, they were adequate to accommodate our family. On the bright side, the service was excellent, especially Dale at the breakfast buffet, who was extremely nice and helpful. The location was outstanding, especially if you're a baseball fan heading to catch some Cardinals games in downtown Saint Louis.
